I have helped kids all over the world win first place in science fairs for photovoltaics. This is in addition to donating my time and resources by speaking about photovoltaics to students and donating equipment to schools.

To me photovoltaics is a gift from God.

However all of the aforementioned efforts were not meant to be. A group of pedophiles and drug dealers working through a self described "closet fag" decided to destroy my efforts, the early patents and a financing for plant and equipment in Boston. This self described "closet fag", who threatened my life in emails, who by his own account is into violent sex, drugs and falsified his email accounts so that no one could find him, declared his association for the Key Biscayne, Florida (USA) Police Department in an effort to get me to stop bringing forward facts about the Key Biscayne Police Department.

I had found out that the Police Chief of Key Biscayne, Michael J. Flaherty, had been the Police Chief of Prince George County, Maryland. July 14, 1989, as reported in the Washington Post, he had been confronted by over 500 residents of that County.  One lawyer at that meeting claimed that Flaherty's police department's brutality and killings "would shock a nation of savages". Also at that time the Washington Post reported that the State Attorney for Prince George County charged that "a few individuals" within the Police Department had "tainted justice", or in common speak practiced murderous corruption. Shortly there after on January 6, 1990 the Washington Post reported "with a stunning swiftness that caught residents as well as colleagues by surprise..." Flaherty resigned.

After 3 years of being unemployed and applying for a job he was hired by the geniuses on Key Biscayne. I asked my neighbor Richard Gregorie, who was on the search committee, what he did for due diligence on Flaherty. He told me "I called a couple of prosecutors that he knew up there and they said he was all right".

Dick Gregorie is a US ATTORNEY IN MIAMI.

I spent more time in picking out a dog to buy than Gregorie spent in his choice of a Police Chief.

Dick Gregorie holds the record for amount of calls to the police on Key Biscayne to report anything that he considered a threat. Dick Gregorie is yet another government coward.

I had documented that the Key Biscayne Police Department had covered up two attempted kidnappings of children on Key Biscayne, later two rapes of woman, had cops with criminal arrest records, had cops that falsified police reports, had cops that harassed and beat children, had cops who threatened people to get them to commit perjury, had cops who sexually harassed others and that the police were running classes to teach their cops how to give a statement and not tell the truth.

Instead of doing anything about this he incited a paid violent confidential informant who had spent 12 1/2 years in State prison for assault with a deadly weapon and his dope dealing associates to do further harm to my family and myself. 

The Police Chief at this time tried to incite his cops, pedophiles and dope dealers to murder me for speaking out on these facts. Michael J. Flaherty is one of Satan's disciples.

In that effort I brought a Constitutional claim in the United States District Court in Miami October of 2000. Instead of stopping these criminals two United States District Court Judges, James Lawrence King and Adalberto Jordan, in fact further incited perjurers, dope dealers and pedophiles to stalk myself and my family and to threaten to murder me.

Jordan had 3 extra US Marshall in his court room on the day of our first hearing. Apparently he was afraid that my lawyer, a Viet Nam Vet, my 12 year old son and I were going to storm his bullet proof podium and plummet him.

Jordan, like a coward, ran away from his native Cuba. Adalberto Jordan is one of the most corrupt Judges in the United States.

Jordan is one of Satan's disciples.

In fact King met secretly with a perjurer December 11, 1998 who these dope dealers and pedophiles pledged their allegiance to. At that secret meeting King incited that perjurer to do harm to my child and myself.

This was after I have written to him about what was being done to my son and I by the Key Biscayne Police and a few months after he commended me for "heroic and dangerous actions taken by Mr. Curtin to help prevent the assassination plans of certain defendants then on trial before (King) in the" "Black Tuna Case" in 1979. King was so afraid of being murdered by someone from the "Black Tuna" gang that he carried a gun to court with him and kept it behind his bullet proof podium during the trial. The case number he made these 1998 comments in was  97-2666-CIV-KING.

In fact King is no stranger to secret meetings. He may have Mafia connections as suggested by The New York Times.

"The case was eventually tried before a Nixon-appointed federal judge, James Lawrence King, who himself had some interesting banking experience as a director in 1964 of the Miami National Bank, cited by the New York Times [December 1, 1969] as a conduit for the Meyer Lansky syndicate's "shady money" from 1963 to 1967. King decided against the insurance company, but the case is now being appealed to a higher court."

In addition he has had homosexual connections with his friend Bebi Rebozo of Key Biscayne. Key Biscayne has a long history of being a homosexual/pedophile paradise.

King has been accused of raping a woman and using his office for sexual favors. The woman accuser passed an FBI lie detector exam yet the FBI did nothing about this so called "Judge".

At the December 1998 meeting with a perjurer, that has written notes to it, King stated that he feared for his life and had to have Marshall Service protection after I had sent him a copy of an award winning history book that I had written and because I sent him a letter pleading for his help because of what the Key Biscayne Police were doing to my son. I also sent a copy of The History of Sweepstakes to United States Appeals Court Judge and Northwestern University Law Professor, Richard Posner. Posner is the most prolific writers on the Federal Judiciary. I have read most of his works.

James Lawrence King's legacy.

 It shall be that of a Senile Sophist and someone who puts children's lives at risk.

In my efforts to write a story about the "Black Tuna" case in 1979 I had met with the principle of the Black Tuna Gang in Santa Marta, Columbia who was under indictment in the "Black Tuna" case in front of King in Miami. According to the DEA Raul Davila Jimeno a/k/a "Black Tuna" controlled a "small army" that ruled Santa Marta, Columbia. Davila knew that there was a plan to kidnap him and bring him back to Miami, or murdered him, by agents of the United States. However no government agent was successful in getting near him.  

I did.

 "Black Tuna" then tried to have me killed. I escaped and brought back information about two German "hit men" that were said to be hired by "Black Tuna". I carried no gun, only 110 camera, a pen and piece of paper to write on. I gave the film from the camera and the information to government agents.

That was 1979.

In my October 2000 case against the Key Biscayne Police to stop my constitutional rights from being denied Jordan allowed government criminals, and their pedophile and dope dealing associates to do anything they wanted to me or my family.

 This is in addition to allowing them to file altered documents  in the 2000 court case and to falsely represent that they were part of a prior filing when they were not.

I also notified Jordan of perjury in a deposition. I gave him proof of it. He again ignored it.

In 2002 Jordan allowed me to amend my complaint in case number 00-4309 CIV-Jordan. I had requested that I be able "to clean up the complaint and add state charges". I did just that through a 14th amendment claim of a violation of my Florida state rights. Jordan then claimed in April of 2003 that he never allowed this. His allowing this is in the court file.

He lied.

All of this was done to deny me my constitutional rights. All of this is in the court file.

These two Federal Judges took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. The Constitution of the United States is a document which was written to protect both individuals and property. These rights declared in the constitution are spelled out in the particular. Jordan had stated, in light of the above, that my constitutional claim was frivolous. Or in common speak, these two Federal Judges have declared during a time of war that the Constitution of the United States is a frivolous document.

You will find out as you read on that it is your loss also.

These two put me into personal bankruptcy May 7, 2003 which resulted in my not being able to go forward with my work on a multiple stacked nano particle solar cell.

The effect of these actions is to isolate, marginalize, harass, torture and murder citizens of the United States.

What I have done is to write a book which details out verifiable facts about the earlier destruction of my work and about most of the above claims; and even more.

A Paradox of Evil

(An upside down American flag is a recognized as a sign of distress. US Senator John Kerry used it on the cover of his book The New Soldier.)

The government criminals mentioned in my book and their acts represent the norm of what the Government of the United States of America has become. The American government truly has become A Paradox of Evil. The facts in my book give rise to this claim and I predicated, at the time of writing, that it will become worse. The American government declares values but practices evil. This I state in my book has led to the decline of America. Facts support this assertion.

What good is a democracy when the government practices evil. Hitler's evil came into power in a democratic election.

I urge you to read this book. I have all of the back up documents, video and audio tapes, internal police and FBI records for every assertion in the book. However the book is even more relevant now to every person on the globe because of what I uncovered in 1998 and touch on in the book about hand held nuclear fusion bombs, "Red Mercury" bombs.

(I fell into this story in 1998 and was kept from following it at that time by the corruption of the police, FBI and Judges King and Jordan. This was part of a bin Laden story that I uncovered in 1998 and tried to follow. It is documented below.)

The police report below refers to a trip I made to Germany in September 17, 1998. My home was broken into and all of my writer's notes and documents were stolen the last week of December 1998. On the day referred too below, 1-15-99, I received back from the Key Biscayne Police under a Freedom of Information Act request made earlier copies of some of my writer's notes that were on 3X5 cards and had been stolen from my house. Those notes were copied onto one sheet of paper. At the top of that sheet was printed "CHIEF FLAHERTY". Even more telling was a smudged line across the center of the paper that when turned upside down reveled the words "related correspondence". The smudged line was the result of the documents being FAXED to Flaherty.

These nuclear bombs that I was tracking do not need high temperatures to cause a fusion chain reaction. It is cavitation that allows these nuclear fusion bombs to ignite. It is the chemistry of the plasma in these bubbles that is key to their design.

The government criminals who are noted in my book, and the self described "closet fag" who declared his association with some of these criminals, have destroyed my efforts to bring to this planet solar cells that could have done the human race some good. Instead the possibility for nuclear destruction and massive death in the United States of America has now arisen. 

I dropped my work in photovoltaics to understand these nuclear devices.

To date what I have found out is that there is a romance to these "Red Mercury" devices that are touched upon in my book and that the name may mislead a person in understanding what the essence of the device is. It is actually a deuterium/tritium gas fusion bomb that is compressed down to thirty times the density of lead into a palladium lithium 6 compound. As stated above it does not need high temperatures in order for a fusion reaction to occur because of cavitation, the collapsing of nano bubbles within the compound that contains the pressurized gas which creates one million degrees centigrade. Everything needed to build a nuclear fusion bomb is available commercially. Any high school chemistry student who has taken calculus can build a nuclear fusion bomb.

In understanding nuclear devices I have found out that the key to building them is not in the materials but in the design. There are many designs that have been created that involve fusion alone and a fission/fusion combination. However what this page is most concerned with is compressed deuterium/tritium gas fusion devices. It is a fusion bomb that may be created that is the size of a golf ball that is of interest. This device could be ignited by a laser or a particle beam. A particle beam is a device that uses charged or neutral particles such as electrons, protons, heavy ions or neutrons. Such a device would be detonated in the top floor of an apartment building in a city for the greatest effect.

In a fusion bomb you do not need a critical mass to cause a chain reaction.

In order to build these devices one needs to know the reactive properties, physical properties, chemical properties and electrical properties of the materials and gases involved. In addition one must do the needed stoichiometrics and quantum work. Plus one must know material science and the particular materials, and their size and composition, that you compress the deuterium/tritium gas into.  I will not be publishing that here or anywhere else, but will remain vigilant to sinister others being able to figure these devices out for possible exposure of their work.

 Sam told me personally that these Red Mercury bombs were successfully made by the Russians in the 70s.

Sam worked at Los Alamos for Hans Bethe and Edward Teller. Sam was the neutron counter at Los Alamos when the Atomic bomb was being developed. He went on to design the Neutron bomb which is an Atomic bomb that gives off high amounts of neutrons. This bomb is design to kill people while sparing great damage to buildings.

Hans Bethe is a physicist who explained how the Sun worked. Edward Teller, who I met in Cambridge, Massachusetts in the 60s is the physicist who developed the original hydrogen bomb, "Mike". However his design did not work. It took yet another University of Wisconsin Alumni to correct Teller's work. That person was Stan Ulam. He was a mathematician who worked under Professor Van Vleck at the University of Wisconsin, my Alma Mater.

In fact it is now easy to design a functional nuclear bomb without testing it using a computer program that can be purchased over the Internet. Linton Brooks, the head of the National Nuclear Security Administration (aka "Dr. Strangelove") has stated that it is no longer necessary to test nuclear weapons. All of the design can be done using a computer program with data from past tests.

 This is a fusion bomb explosion.

It is major cities like Houston, New Orleans, Miami, Seattle that will be affected. Also the availability of food, gas, water and housing will be affected. My suggestion is that those who can think now start to look to the country for a place to escape too.

In a recent conversation with a WW2 pilot who was downed and taken prisoner just before the first bomb was dropped on Japan, he told me that right after the bomb was dropped he and other prisoners were taken to the bomb site. He stated that people there had their skin hanging off and yellow puss coming out of their eyes, ears, nose and mouths. People in this government have stated that it is not if an attack will take place but when!

People who are in this condition will be moving out of the affected area looking for food, water, shelter, medical attention and gas, and they will be armed. I believe that the facts give rise to the overwhelming probability of a nuclear attack.

The evil government criminals have survival plans for themselves. However they deliberately leave out any plans for the survival of you or your children from the above.

The Evil "Shadow Government" who are disciples of Satan and their Microwave Weapons, and now Sonic Guns.

I have worked in science and as a writer a good deal of my life. I have worked on many intriguing stories.  One was a plan to kidnap Robert Vesco from Cuba by the US Marshall Service in the early 90s.

(Robert Vesco in happier times. Vesco is alleged to have stolen 600 million in the 70s.)

In that early 90s instance I was contacted by someone from Las Vegas who the government had under indictment for racketeering. The government claimed that he had stolen 100 million dollars. I had been contacted earlier by the US Attorney in Denver and was told that I was their "key witness". Others had told the government that this man had threatened my life.

In fact he did not.

He knew that I had government agents as contacts. He wanted to "trade out" Vesco for a pass on the racketeering charge. 

I then contacted people that I knew at the US Marshall Service to make them aware of this plan. I was to go along to report on this story. I had contacted a reporter that I knew at NBC's "White Paper" who told me that they were interested in buying the story. 

Contact was made with Vesco in Cuba to lure him and his armed body guards to an Island off of the Dominican Republic. Vesco had been told that there was a large casino planed for that Island that he could be involved in. The Marshall Service was to be there and would take Vesco back to the United States.

In addition to the trade of Vesco for a pass on the charges there was a one million dollar reward for Vesco's capture.

Vesco was the most wanted fugitive on the Marshall Services list. There were people in the United States who wanted him back.

However there were people in the United States who wanted him dead. 

I received a tip that the Marshall Service would be late in arriving on that Island. It became clear to me that this was to be a setup to get rid of Vesco the old fashion way, kill him. I did not think it was in my best interest to be standing between Vesco's armed body guards and the Dominican Police. So I contacted a Cuban Agent at the United Nations and told him that there was going to be a hit on Vesco. Vesco was then photographed leaving the house that he had been living in with his entourage.

That kicked in plan "b" which was to lure yet another fugitive on the Marshall's most wanted list to the Dominican Republic. "Carlos" was a Chilean national who had threatened a US Attorney in Denver. He had been working with members of the Colombian Drug Cartel on a gambling casino outside of Santiago, Chile. 

"Carlos" arrived in the Dominican Republic on a Chilean Airliner and was identified at that time while still on the plane. He then was taken off the plane by US Marshals and put on a Marshall service jet and flown back to Miami where he was put in the government's South Dade lockup.

The Miami Herald ran a story that he had been picked up at Dadeland Mall while shopping. This was an example of the Miami Herald's ability to fret out facts.

Because he was kidnapped from a foreign country while on a foreign airliner he was eventually released and sent back to Chile.

 There were many stories that I became involved in from SWAPO's (South West Africa Political Organization) plan to purchase ground to air missals in 1983 (I was in South Africa for that in December of 1983.); to the CIA's funding of the Burmese Warlord Khun Sa (I was in Hong Kong for that on several different occasions.); to a French right wing's plan to take over the government of a Caribbean Island in 1985 (I was in San Tropez for that in 1985.), and more. 

I wrote two novellas based upon some of these stories.

(What I was as a writer/book publisher is what I described in detail in a February of 1999 law suit, the one with the beginning of the bin Laden story that I was stopped from going on in it. The one against the corrupt Key Biscayne Police Chief. What I was is what my Uncle Joseph Lawrence Curtin portrayed as "Jerry North" in his hit 1942 to 1953 radio show Mr. & Mrs. North. He portrayed a book publisher who solved crimes. I also wrote and produced a hit radio show entitled The National Sweepstakes Show. Even with that show, I and my employees, were asked to run a sting operation for the US Marshals where we would announce "winners" of fictitious sweepstakes made up by the Marshall service. Those "winners" names were to be the names of people who had arrest warrants out for them. After discussing this with my employees we declined the request.)

The involvement in stories as a writer had always given me the attitude that such descriptions as the title, "Shadow Government", are interesting at the most. Despite the above I would have not entertained the existence of such an association until now.

The Shadow Government is a group of evil Government disciples of Satan and their lackeys who are also disciples of Satan who have banded together to further their careers, do Satan's work and increase their wealth. They came into existence after WW 2. These individuals use their influence to deny citizens their constitutional rights in furtherance of the aforementioned goals. They have in fact rendered the Constitution of the United States a frivolous document.

Please understand that this is not like some corporation with annual meetings. This is a loose group of evil individuals who are disciples of Satan, who speak to others and who exert their evil influences on selected others, sometimes with deadly results. However they all share the bond of being disciples of Satan and are part of government.

(It is interesting to note that the FBI at the request of Key Biscayne Police Chief Michael J. Flaherty stole out of my house without a warrant all of my National Sweepstakes Show radio tapes.) 

A disciple of Satan is one who does EVIL acts despite their knowing good. EVIL acts are acts that harm others.

Hannah Arendt in her book Eichmann in Jerusalem: A Report on the Banality of Evil quoted yet another evil government individual from another time by using Adolph Eichmann's own words describing himself as "conventional bureaucrat trying to further his career". 

Some of the people that I have battled with who are part of it are James Lawrence King, a senior, senile Federal Judge in Miami who has built monuments to himself at the expense of the citizens of the United States. King is more interested in furthering his career as a contractor than in upholding individual's constitutional rights.

These edifices of King's dwarf even Saddam Hussein palaces. In addition to King's construction business he also has a family run employment enterprise that assured his daughter's position with Janet Reno's Justice Department and secured an appointment of his son to the elected position of a County Judge.

 Another is Adalberto Jordan, a Cuban Federal Judge in Miami who has brought Castro's standard of free speech to this country. He is King's lackey and has Supreme Court aspirations; and Janet Reno who in my opinion is the most corrupt and incompetent government official I have ever had contact with. This barren "thing" authorized speakers to blast loud music and micro waves continuously, 24 hours a day at WACO causing sleep deprivation and extreme agitation resulting in children to scream out in pain; and tanks to break down the walls of the buildings that housed children at WACO setting off a chain of events that resulted in hundreds of people being killed.

If my Federal Law Suit against Reno had been allowed to go forward Reno would never have been appointed Attorney General of the United States and WACO would never have happened which means that Oklahoma City would never have happened. First no married person with children who hired an illegal maid would have allowed the FBI to break down walls of a building where children were housed. Second only a person who has never denied she was a dyke and hired prostitutes to service her would send tanks in to break down walls where children were housed. Timothy McVey said that the reason why he blew up the Muir building was to retaliate for the government's murders at WACO.

In that law suit against Reno (89-828 CIV-DAVIS) Judge Edward Davis stated that I was right in fact and in law. In fact his law clerk Howard had called me and told me he knew I was right in fact and in law. He now works for the Black Law Firm in Miami.

Reno is one of Satan's disciples.

It is Janet Reno who promoted the use of MicroWave weapons against US Citizens in the early 90s.

Reno stopped thinking when her brain became sticky from the dope others claimed she had smoked while in high school.  This was told to me by a Metro Dade cop who was friendly with her in high school.

My battle with Reno began in 1983 with her, and her employee, Sanford Halber accusing me of not paying a Massachusetts Child Support order. I gave the canceled checks proving that I had paid the order to Reno. I also pointed out that there was no service of process on this order. That it was a violation of my right to due process. Reno "lost" the canceled checks and used the State funds to bankrupt me. I brought multiple Federal law suits against this "thing" and her subordinate "thing" who was later appointed to a Judge position in Miami. I gave evidence that I had paid my child support and there was no service of process, in my federal law suits. King in fact presided over one of the cases where he expressed his sympathy to me for what I was being put through by someone who employed his daughter. With the same key stroke he dismissed my constitutional complaint. Reno then had then Florida Attorney General Robert "I'll take care of it Bob" Butterworth take up her pursuit after she became Attorney General. I then filed a law suit against him in an effort to get him to stop the abuse. In that law suit I pointed out facts surrounding the murder of his son and the suicide of his wife while she was speaking to him on the phone in November of 1986, and uttered the aforementioned quote. I am told he became very upset that I was able to dig out facts about that murder. (My first wife's grandfather was likewise tormented by his wife during the depression because he was not advancing at his company. He went into the restroom of a bus station in New Jersey, put a gun to his head and blew his brains out. My first wife then repeated this on me unsuccessfully. That is portrayed in my movie One Minute To Midnight in Episode Six, The Redemption.)

After twenty years of the false claim and being threatened with jail by Reno, Halber and Butterworth a clerk at the Massachusetts Division of Child Support took an adding machine and added up the monies that I had paid. On June 20, 2003 the Division sent me a letter determining that I had fully paid my child support.

Adalberto Jordan was appointed as a Federal Judge by Clinton at the urging of Janet Reno. James Lawrence King's daughter was employed by Janet Reno. Corruption begets corruption.

Over the years I had gone to Cynthia Mc Fadden, a lawyer/reporter who works for ABC News, to report this corruption. Her reaction was that corruption was normal. In the past I had personally met with Peter Jennings in Miami about my law suit against the police and the information in it. Once he held the law suit in his hands his attention was turned to someone who wanted his autograph. When I tried to get him to pay attention he told me to "shut up". However what could I expect from someone who attended Bilderberg Group meetings and not have had the courage to report what goes on there on national television.

These weapons should be used by troops to locate roadside bombs and car bombs and taken away from the criminals who they have been given too.

Microwaves go through walls, furniture, etc. 

If you go down to .001 to 50 MHz at a much greater wattage with a unidirectional pulsed emitter you can penetrate deep into the brain or heart and kill the subject that you have aimed the emitter at with electrons that are part of the wave/particle duality of a microwave. The picture below is of a ordinary power transformer that you see of a power pole near your house.

One appeared on a pole behind my house in October of 1998. However it was midway down the pole, did not have the ceramic attachments that hold the wires and had a small eye hole in the middle of the container that faced the back of my house. I had personal knowledge that the Drug Enforcement Agency used these to do surveillance on people while they were at their homes. Those they used even had a line attached to the phone line. It was in October of 1998 that I first began noticing the effects of the microwaving. This device that was located behind my house came down right after 9-11. I was told by the Florida Power & Light crew that took it down that it was one that was used for surveillance. They did not know what else was in it. They were instructed to take it back to FP&L Security and leave it there.

Scientific Applications and Research of Cyprus, California has recently developed a microwave weapon that is the size of a house. It has power levels up to 100 megawatts. More on Microwave Weapons: Their History and how the government creates Frankensteins and Zombies using microwave weapons.

The following is a general history of the "voice to skull" microwave weapons. As stated above these were made by the KBG in the late 40's and early 50's. The Soviets gave them to the North Koreans to use on captured America and Canadian soldiers. They were used to "program" the soldiers so that when the Red Cross came and interviewed them, and asked how they were, they would say "alright", when in fact they were being tortured. The CIA came into the picture when in the late 50's they contracted with a well known Canadian University to develop these. There is public testimony from a electrician at the University that establishes the foregoing.

The CIA then began using these on American Citizens at that time. They were used to program people to act on subliminal suggestions that were made using these devices.

Now I want to bring you forward to April/May of 1963. Adele Edisen was a health care professional who traveled to Washington DC at that time and had a chance meeting with a Dr. Rivera who worked for the government. Sometime during their relationship at that time Rivera brought up the name Lee Harvey Oswald. He gave her Oswald's phone number in Dallas and told her to call him. Rivera discussed "hypnosis" with her and told her to tell Oswald to "kill the chief". She at that time called the Secret Service. They did nothing. The FBI has documents on the above but has yet to release them.

It is Oswald who was "programmed" with subliminal suggestions to "kill the chief" by Agents of the CIA and US Army who used microwave devices.

A declassified CIA document dated 7 Jan 1953, Bluebird Program, describes the experimental creation of multiple personality in two 19-year old girls. “These subjects have clearly demonstrated that they can pass from a fully awake state to a deep H [hypnotic] controlled state by telephone, by receiving written matter, or by the use of code, signal, or words, and that control of those hypnotized can be passed from one individual to another without great difficulty. It has also been shown by experimentation with these girls that they can act as unwilling couriers for information purposes.”

A CIA document dated 10 Feb 1954 describes an experiment on the creation of unsuspecting assassins: “Miss [whited out] was instructed (having expressed a fear of firearms) that she would use every method at her disposal to awaken Miss [whited out] (now in a deep hypnotic sleep). Failing this, she would pick up a pistol and fire it at Miss [whited out]. She was instructed that she would not hesitate to “kill” [whited out]. Miss [whited out] carried out these suggestions including firing the (unloaded) gun at [whited out] and then proceeded to fall into a deep sleep. After proper suggestions were made, both were awakened. Miss [whited out] expressed absolute denial that the foregoing sequence had happened.”

"There have been major accomplishments both in research and operational employment. Over the ten-year life of the program many additional avenues to the control of human behavior have been designated under the MKULTRA charter, including radiation, electro-shock, and harassment substances."

 I have taken facts and put them together in their temporal, spatial and qualitative order. The conclusions reached are those reached logically, both deductively and inductively. I tracked the microwave machines and this is where that lead. The conclusions are based upon the truth values of the premises.

More, It is a fact that the US Army went to Janet Reno during the WACO stand off and offered the use of microwave equipment. It is a fact that Reno accepted and it is a fact that these weapons were used on the people inside, including the children. Reno has had a long history in her involvement in the use of microwave weapons on US citizens.

It is a fact that these weapons have been used on me since late in 1998. I made numerous written complaints about the effects of these weapons then. Like with Edisen's account of the hypnosis by Rivera, I too received messages to commit violence. These were in conjunction with the voice to skull microwaving that has been done to me. It should be clear from this email which was sent while I was being microwaved that the author wants me to "kill yourself" so "this will all end". What he was referring to was my law suit against the Village of Key Biscayne and Michael J. Flaherty. Note this is their exhibit. There are specific references to my law suit against the Police in other emails. Jordan in my case against them ignored these references, rather falsely stating that there was no connection between the emails and the police. There is even more that is in my book. This is simply more corruption by yet another Federal Judge to keep the facts hidden to protect James Lawrence King's criminal acts.

In fact, my daughter indicated that “the hate crimes are in the form of Microwave radiation & High Energy RF devices.” My husband was documenting unusually high EM measurements with a Tri-Field meter on the sidewalk.

I was misquoted as saying perpetrators were “unknown subjects”.
In fact, I stated that it is our “next door neighbors” committing these acts of hate.
We reached this conclusion on the basis of the trajectories of the burn marks on our radar reflective blankets, instrument readings, and thermal correlations.

Some of the evidence we presented to the officers, but failed to elicit any investigation on their part:
· Work-sheets that show a large thermal differential of 10-25° F higher than the reported temperatures, recorded for close to 2 years. Burn marks on our radar reflective blanket (No sample was taken for lab analysis). The radar reflective blanket comprises of pure aluminum on one side and AstrolarŇ fabric on the other side, sandwiched between a durable plastic film.  Jay S. Bybee wrote the Justice Department rules on torture. He states that anything short of death or causing the failure of vital organs is not torture. This doctrine is close to what Josep Mengele did in Germany and what Stalin did in Russia.

These microwave weapons could be used to locate enemy combatants, their weapons, roadside bombs, bombs concealed on a person and bombs hidden in vehicles to save lives. They could be used to detonate these devices.

Instead they have been distributed to cowardly sick low lives by the defense department in order to destroy the constitution of this country.

In addition every Army/Marine vehicle could be outfitted with a RF jamming and locating device that would jam all RF signals from cell phones that are used to set off road side bombs that are detonated by cell phones. The location where these jammed signals came from could be readily found.

Some one recently asked me why people at the Pentagon would not do this. I responded by saying that I can not get into the heads of the Evil doers. There is a doctrine in jurisprudence called Mens Rea which states that you can not know what someone else is thinking other than from their actions.

There is no need for kids to be killed by these bombs anywhere!

The Big 9-11 Lie.

I want to make it perfectly clear. Certain people in the United States Intelligence Community had the complete plan of Atta's to fly big jets into building one year before 9-11. They had the primary target from Ramsey who pointed to the World Trade Center and said to the Deputy Director of the FBI "we haven't finished with that". They had from German Intelligence Atta's name and others who were involved who were living in Germany. They had on Zacarias Moussaoui's computer the exact time and date of the flights.

All of this information went through the Tyson's Corner, Virginia location that is controlled by the Military/Industrial/Information complex.

They let it roll. The beneficiaries were the Pentagon and the military contractors. Exactly what Eisenhower said to beware of, the military industrial complex, and what Spies for Hire said to beware of, the military information complex.

In my book, A Paradox of Evil, I put forth information about an Iraqi physicists who had been in the nuclear industry and a mosque in Frankfurt, Germany that was a Taliban visa issuing station where Saudis living in Germany went to get their visas to go to Afghanistan. I screamed this out on paper to official after official beginning September 5, 1998. I have numerous police, court and other documents proving this.

(I have since found out that the Taliban visa issuing office was actually a informal "embassy" and it was active through July of 2001 when the German government shut it down.)

In addition to what is in my book about my reporting, I also ran into two former Navy Seals while at the bar of the Intercontinental Hotel in Frankfurt, Germany June of 2000. They had told me that they had come up from the Embassy bombing sites in Africa and were on their way to the Balkans. During the conversation I told them about the information that I had about bin Laden's plans to use a mosque in Frankfurt to operate from and travel thru South Florida to blow up an American City.

They then told me that they had heard about the information that I had and, without any further disclosure by me told me that they heard "the Key Biscayne Police Chief had shut me down".  This conversation was witnessed by a business man who now lives in Boston.

In May of 2001 I told a former DEA agent who was sitting next to me on a plane that was at that time flying by the World Trade Center about the efforts of the Key Biscayne Police Chief and how that had affected my work on a story about bin Laden

I told Al Argon, a martial arts expert that I use to work out with, on August 24, 2001 that I believed that a attack on an American City was going to happen soon and that I was going to leave shortly for that Mosque in Frankfurt to see what I could learn. 

I did not go.

A few days prior to August 17, 2001 I told Marty my neighbor who lived behind me that the Police Chief of Key Biscayne stopped me from going forward with a story about bin Laden by tying me up and diverting my attention into stopping the harassment and beating of children on Key Biscayne, the harassment of my family and the harassment of me.

In my 2000 law suit against the police I deposed Flaherty, the police chief August 21, 2002. I asked Flaherty with his lawyer Hochman present "Have you ever read any of the information that I had on bin Laden in 1998?" He answered "I skimmed through all that stuff, sir, yes". My reply was "wouldn't you have acted upon that or asked questions about it"?

At that point Flaherty and Hochman began laughing. My reaction was "You guys laugh. There are 3,000 dead.  You gonna laugh at them"?

Hochman is one of Satan's disciples.

No Federal Agent ever questioned me about any of this. It was not until after 9-11 did I speak to an FBI agent in Kansas City, Missouri. He told me that the primary purpose of the FBI was to protect the FBI and government officials.

My house was entered and searched with a dog the last week of December 1998. This was some 2 weeks after King had met secretly with a perjurer and incited him to do further harm to my son and I. My correspondence and writers notes were stolen. I had left a voice operated tape recorder under my dog's pillow. I have that on tape. There is even more to this story in my book A Paradox of Evil.

The Miami office of the FBI had my information, the Miami office of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement had my information, the Dade State Attorney's office had my information, the Miami US Attorney's office had my information and it was in public Key Biscayne police reports, one of which was dated January 25, 1999. It was also in my US District Court complaint dated and filed February 2, 1999.

The following is from an affidavit of someone who I had known and met at the Denver Airport shortly after I had been given the information about bin Laden's plan for an attack on a American City from Germany and through South Florida. The date of conversation was September 4, 1998. It is unquestioned from the documents above that the Key Biscayne Police, the United States District Judge in the above case, his staff and Hochman, the Village of Key Biscayne's lawyer, had this information January and February of 1999. The Police in turn had given that information to the Miami office of the FBI, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and all of the then Key Biscayne Village Council members. Instead of doing anything about this Michael Flaherty, the Key Biscayne Police Chief, Jack Ireland and another FBI agent funded and continue to fund pedophiles and dope dealers who are paid confidential informants (C I) to harass and torture both my son and I. This was all knowingly incited by United States District Court Judge James Lawrence King in his secret meeting with a perjure December 11, 1998.

I went on that trip to Germany September of 1998. I arrived in Frankfurt on September 18, 1998 and was in a taxi on my way to the Mosque when I got that feeling in the back of my neck about what Flaherty, the Key Biscayne Police Chief, was doing to my son and I. I was not going to risk my life on this, as always without any backup of any kind, when I had to try and stop the evil police chief, and who later joined him in shutting down my efforts, Jack Ireland of the Miami Office of the FBI. In fact agent SA D'mbrosia at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement had my information and instead of acting on it labeled me as the most dangerous person in Florida. That person also included the words that I refused to be subjected to authority.

In 2002 I was approached by the head of one of the country's leading labs. He asked me to make a submicron dust that could be blown into caves. That dust could be monitored to detect the presence of life in the caves. If life was found in the caves the dust would be ignited and all life would be destroyed. He had been approached by one of the "3 letter agencies". I declined. I did not want to be part of the murder of woman and children who sought refuge in the caves to escape the unrelenting bombing of their homes and villages.

The Coming Nuclear Attack on American Cities.

I have been screaming out in writing that there are nuclear bombs coming to this country to blow up American cities since I was given this information August of 1998. These hand held nukes change the face of warfare. What rises from the totality of facts is a nuclear attack will happen. The hand held nuclear weapons will be built because they can be built.

I gave information on these to the CIA December of 2003. I gave them information about a Japanese terrorist group and information about the potential that this would come from a particular South America City to Miami, and how.  It is a fact that there are 40 kilotons of plutonium located around Japan. This is enough to make 5000 nuclear bombs.

I would like to point out that like the pieces of information about 9-11 before it happened, it is not only the information but how you put it together that is important, and of course your level of competency.

You can not kill other peoples children without them coming back and killing yours. I went to Kansas City, Missouri and found out that the address listed above is a vacant lot.  I also found out that the phone number had been transposed. According to Mindspring, wgalbreath had dropped the long standing email account that had his correct address and phone number on it and immediately had reinstated it using a phony address and telephone information. I then hired a private investigator and the following is what he found out.

Below is a police document that I uncovered on a second trip to Missouri. Note that the complainer is a "He". He was a 14 year old child.

Another alias that wgalbreath used was John V. Wagner. John V. Wagner was a convicted sex offender from Kansas City, Missouri.

I never mentioned the microwaving, "electronic harassment" to Jack Ireland. I began complaining about the Key Biscayne Police in September 1998 to agents of the Miami Office of the FBI. The microwaving began at that time. I did not realize that I was being microwaved, "electronic harassment" until January of 2004. Since then it has gotten much worse, deadly in fact, and I have found thousands of people all over the world that the American Government is doing this too.

Also please note from this FBI document above authored by Jack Ireland his reference to "enclosure 9" of my law suits against Michael Flaherty, the Key Biscayne Police Chief, the one dated February 2, 1999. I had sent this to the Miami office of the FBI earlier. Enclosure 9 is an unquestionable statement by this FBI agent that he had the beginnings of my bin Laden story at the very latest October 16, 2000. Instead of questioning me on this he and agent one (A-1) paid their confidential informant (C I) to harass and torture my son and I.

There are separate Federal Statutes for death threats over the Internet and electronic harassment. They are distinguishable.

The openly gay mayor of Key Biscayne, Robert Oldakowski was the head of an organization called www.projectyes.org. This is an organization that solicits children as its members for it to "council". It was reported in the Coconut Telegraph July 2002 that Project Yes purposed that the Key Biscayne Police make "a report, in which they feel the son or daughter of any Key Biscayner might be gay". There was no objection from Gay Mayor Oldakowski or Flaherty, the Key Biscayne Police Chief to this at that meeting. The Fire Chief of Key Biscayne walked out of that meeting in disgust. Under Florida law these reports would be public documents that could be obtained by the likes of chubbykc@yahoo.com and other arousable sorts. In essence a child prospect list for pedophiles to recruit from would be created. The parents of children murdered by pedophiles should read this. King and Jordan approved of all of this. My question is, what is King and Jordan's involvement with pedophiles?

One of the emails referred to above had the email address jayjohnson11@hotmail.com. This email address's screen name was used by wgalbreath@mindspring.com. The screen name is that of a man from Michigan who had an 11 year old son. His name was Kyle. I tracked the underage kid and he told me that he had in fact been solicited for sex by wgalbreath@mindspring.com. Also I found out that the kid had been contacted because of his having gone to The Triangle Foundation of Detroit, Michigan. A description of that organization can be found in the document below.

The Triangle Foundation was in turn tied into Project Yes of Miami and Ft. Lauderdale.

As stated above www.projectyes.org was headed up by openly gay Key Biscayne Mayor Robert Oldakowski.

As stated above Key Biscayne is a place where gays can go and have sex on a beach where school children are taken for nature walks.

It is the Miami office of the FBI's A-1, Agent one, who was paying a CI, confidential Informant, to stalk, harass and torture my child and I. That paid confidential informant then solicited others that were part of his drug ring to carry the FBI's orders out. The FBI in turn had been prompted to do this by the Key Biscayne Police who were trying to stop me from bringing forth facts about their criminal activities. If I had put the same efforts into the bin Laden story that I was following in 1998 I believe I could have come up with something that could have been of value. However I was shut down by members of the evil shadow government: King, members of the FBI, Michael J. Flaherty and the Justice Department.

My 2002 proposal to Rumsfeld in yet another effort to save lives.

There were other ways to remove Saddam Hussein as I outlined in a proposal to Rumsfeld in 2002. I sent this proposal because I was fed up with the corruption in the United States. In that proposal I stated quite clearly that the "other way" would have spared families the endless grief from receiving back flag draped coffins and would have saved billions of dollars from being thrown away on yet another military folly.

You see I had an in into Saddam. I got into the head of Iraqi security in 1993. This is in my book A Paradox of Evil. The letter I got from the head of Iraqi Security in 1993 was missing when I went looking for it after my house was entered in December of 1998. I had been in contact with him up until the day of the Oklahoma City bombing. On that day he would not call me back. (Steven Jones, McVeigh's lawyer, reported in his book Others Unknown 1998 that the head of Israel's Mossad had called the head of the CIA's Iraqi desk the day of the OK City bombing and said that there was an Iraqi involvement. Coincidence?)

The status of your constitutional rights and how this all will effect you!

From all of the above you should see that if you try to get your individual constitutional rights in the United States of America enforced no matter what good you have tried to advance you will have to reach some level of being "hardy" according to what Adelberto Jordan wrote. Hardy means by definition that you will have to endure injuries, fatigue and hardships. These evil acts that are known to Federal Judges, have been accepted by Federal Judges, in particular King and Jordan and are what you and your family will have to endure until you die if you try to get someone to enforce your constitutional rights. They have been labeled "pranks and vandalism".

The end result of all of your efforts to get someone to enforce your constitutional rights will be that your constitutional rights will not be enforced and the above acts will continue until you are dead.
